电站高压加热器中的铜管由于受锅炉给水pH值提高的影响,易于腐蚀而造成使用寿命短的问题,开展了采用钢质螺旋槽管替代原来的铜质光滑管并使其达到原来的换热性能的研究.以钢质光滑管、钢质螺旋槽管和铜质光滑管为元件,以水蒸汽-水为介质的立式单管凝结换热试验的结果表明.钢质螺旋槽的总传热系数比钢质光滑管提高了10%~17%.这一提高幅度虽没有达到铜螺旋槽管所提高的幅度,但它还是达到了与铜质光滑管的总换热系数相当的程度.因此可以采用钢质螺旋槽管替代高压加热器中的铜质光滑管,实现锅炉给水系统的无铜化要求.
Due to the influence of the pH value of the boiler feed water, the copper tube in the high-pressure heater of the power station is easy to be corroded and has the problem of short service life.
