随着经济的发展,人口的增长,水资源变得越来越紧张。特别是那些干旱、半干旱地区,水资源问题更加严重,实现缺水地区水资源可持续利用已经成为当今社会的焦点。本文主要从水资源的可持续利用重要性、制约水资源可持续利用因素、解决制约水资源可持续利用因素的策略三方面,对缺水地区水资源的可持续利用进行探讨。
With economic development, population growth, water resources become more and more nervous. Especially in the arid and semi-arid areas, the problem of water resources is more serious. The sustainable utilization of water resources in water-scarce areas has become the focus of our society. This article mainly discusses the sustainable utilization of water resources in water-scarce areas from three aspects: the importance of sustainable use of water resources, the factors that restrict the sustainable use of water resources and the solution to the factors restricting the sustainable utilization of water resources.
