高校财务预算精细化管理是一种科学的管理理念,他在当今的经济社会中发挥着巨大的作用。但是,高校财务预算精细化管理中也仍存在着诸如预算编制不精准、执行不严肃等问题。本文对高校财务预算精细化管理的概念和作用进行了探究,并在此基础上提出了强化高校财务预算精细化管理的措施。
