目的 :通过观察早期从事乒乓球专业训练的少年运动员的身体形态 ,观察乒乓球运动对少年运动员身体形态产生的影响 ,以促进从事乒乓球专业训练的少年身体健康发展。方法 :对少年乒乓球运动员和普通中学生某些身体形态指标进行对比分析。结果 :少年乒乓球运动员持拍手臂的活动远大于非持拍手臂 ,造成持拍手臂肌肉比较发达 ,其围度大于非持拍手臂 ,两臂形态失衡大于普通在校生。从事乒乓球专业训练的少年运动员O型腿比例大于普通中学生 ,脊柱向侧弯曲、脊柱胸弯后凸比例较普通中学生高 ,男运动员O型腿、脊柱向侧弯曲、脊柱胸弯后凸增加较女运动员明显。建议 :重视乒乓球运动员的全面身体素质练习 ,根据少年生长发育的生理特点 ,科学合理安排身体训练 ,使少年运动员身体得到全面、健康的发展。
Objective: To observe the body shape of juvenile athletes engaged in table tennis professional training in the early stage and to observe the influence of table tennis on body shape of juvenile athletes, so as to promote the healthy development of juvenile body engaged in table tennis professional training. Methods: The comparative analysis of some body shape indexes of juvenile table tennis players and ordinary middle school students. Results: The juvenile table tennis player’s holding arm is much larger than the non-holding arm, which results in the more developed arm muscle. The circumference of the juvenile table tennis player is larger than that of the non-holding arm. The percentage of O-shaped legs in juvenile athletes who are engaged in table tennis professional training is greater than that of ordinary middle school students. The curvature of the spine to the lateral side is higher than that of ordinary middle school students. The O-shaped legs of male athletes, the lateral bending of the spine, Female athletes obviously. Recommendation: Pay attention to the overall physical fitness of table tennis players practice, according to the physiological characteristics of juvenile growth and development, scientific and rational arrangements for physical training, juvenile athletes body to be comprehensive and healthy development.
