本文从半导体制冷的基本原理出发,建立基本热平衡方程,进而从理论上分析风冷半导体空调器中的热过程,给出同向气流、逆向气流和交差气流三种不同气流安排下的温度、冷量的理论分布,绘出理论曲线,指明什么安排方式最为有利,并利用等效平均温度的概念,得到把上述结果应用到半导体空调器的工程设计计算的途径和方法。
