本文对新疆维吾尔、哈萨克、蒙古、柯尔克孜、锡伯、汉族等6个民族20204名中小学生的膳食特点、营养水平以及其与身体健康的关系进行了初步探讨.结果表明:蒙古、锡伯族学生的膳食结构较合理,生长发育较好.6个民族学生贫血检出率25.8%,低于全国水平,但食盐人均摄入量高于全国各地(14.7~32.6克/日),高血压检出率(蒙族8.17%,锡伯族7.69%,哈萨克族3.38%)也明显高于其他民族学生.
In this paper, the dietary characteristics, nutritional status and their relationship with the health of 20204 primary and secondary school students from 6 ethnic groups such as Uygur, Kazak, Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, Xibe and Han nationality in Xinjiang were preliminarily discussed. The results showed that the students in Mongolia and Xibe have better dietary structure and better growth and development. The prevalence of anemia in 6 ethnic minority students was 25.8%, lower than the national average level, but the per capita intake of salt was higher than that of the whole country (14.7 ~ 32.6g / day). The detection rate of hypertension was 8.17% 7.69% in Xibe, and 3.38% in Kazak) were also significantly higher than those of other ethnic groups.
