目的 :构建符合我国国情的血液净化专科护士胜任力评价指标体系,为任用、培训和考核血液净化专科护士提供客观、科学的依据。方法 :以胜任力模型、系统论为理论基础,在文献回顾、理论分析及半结构式访谈的基础上,采用德尔菲专家咨询法及层次分析法构建血液净化专科护士胜任力评价指标体系并完成各级指标权重设置。结果:构建的血液净化专科护士胜任力评价指标体系包括4项一级指标(专业知识、专业技术、专业能力和心理特质)、20项二级指标及48项三级指标;两轮咨询专家均一,问卷回收率均为100%,专家群体权威系数为0.900;第二轮各级指标协调系数(分别为0.554、0.533、0.579)均高于第一轮(分别为0.436、0.315、0.318),且经χ2检验P值均小于0.05。结论 :本研究构建的血液净化专科护士胜任力评价指标体系突出了我国血液净化专科护理工作的特点,注重专科发展,与工作岗位要求紧密结合,具有一定的科学性和实用性,能为我国血液净化专科护理人力资源管理提供客观、科学的参考。
OBJECTIVE: To construct an evaluation index system of competence of blood purification specialist in line with China’s national conditions and to provide objective and scientific basis for appointing, training and examining blood purification specialist nurses. Methods: Based on competency model and system theory, based on literature review, theoretical analysis and semi-structured interviews, Delphi expert consultation and analytic hierarchy process were used to construct the evaluation index system of competence of nurse for blood purification Level indicator weight setting. Results: The evaluation system of competence of nurses for blood purification includes four first-level indicators (professional knowledge, professional skills, professional ability and psychological characteristics), 20 second-level indicators and 48 third-level indicators; , The questionnaire recovery rate was 100%, the authority coefficient of the expert group was 0.900; the second round of the coordination coefficient at all levels of indicators (respectively 0.554,0.533,0.579) were higher than the first round (0.436,0.315,0.318 respectively), and The χ2 test P values were less than 0.05. Conclusion: The evaluation index system of blood purification specialist nurses’ competence construction highlighted in this study highlighted the characteristics of nursing specialty of blood purification in our country, pay attention to the development of specialties, and closely combined with job requirements, with certain scientific and practical, Purification specialist nursing human resources management to provide objective and scientific reference.
