目的探讨呼吸内科老年患者发生感染的因素及预防措施。方法回顾性分析2010年1月~2012年12月我院收治的240例呼吸内科老年患者资料,并经呼吸内科医师和护理人员共同讨论,总结老年患者呼吸内科发生感染的因素。结果呼吸系统感染是老年患者感染的主要途径,其自身心理因素、生理因素和医院环境等均为导致感染的主要原因。结论预防老年患者呼吸系统感染,可采取增加监管力度、杜绝滥用药物,增强医疗和护理的管理水平等措施,尽可能使患者早日康复。
Objective To investigate the factors of infection in elderly patients with respiratory medicine and preventive measures. Methods A retrospective analysis of 240 cases of elderly patients with respiratory medicine from January 2010 to December 2012 in our hospital was conducted and discussed by respiratory physicians and nurses to summarize the factors of respiratory medicine infection in elderly patients. Results Respiratory system infection was the main cause of infection in elderly patients. Its own psychological factors, physiological factors and hospital environment were the main causes of infection. Conclusion Prevention of respiratory infections in elderly patients may take measures to increase supervision, prevent the abuse of drugs, and enhance the management level of medical care and nursing, so as to enable patients to recover as soon as possible.
