用玉米粒制作的食用菌原种,翻接后菌丝萌发力强,生长速度快,菌丝长满瓶的时间一般能比木屑种缩短一半左右。接种方便,菌袋的成品率高。制作的方法有玉米粒蒸煮法及免煮法。根据笔者实践,要制作优质的玉米粒原种,需抓好以下技术关键:一、选料关。玉米粒质量的优劣直接关系到食用菌原种及栽培菌袋的成品率,市售的玉米粒一定要检查其质量,要求玉米粒饱满,表面有光泽,手抓有爽滑感,无霉变,无虫蛀等.在浸水前还应进行一次洗料,即除去浮在水面的玉米粒。
