目的:研究大鼠半饥饿状态下肠黏膜屏障的变化与补充蛋白质对其的保护作用。方法:将48只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、50%正常饲料组、50%正常饲料+蛋白质组。2周后处死大鼠,测定小肠黏膜超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)、DNA含量,肠系膜淋巴结(MLN)细菌移位率和血清D-木糖水平等。结果:50%正常饲料+蛋白质组大鼠小肠黏膜DNA含量、SOD活性明显高于50%正常饲料组(P<0.05);血清D-木糖水平和MDA含量明显低于50%正常饲料组(P<0.05)。结论:大鼠半饥饿状态下,增加饲料中蛋白质比例,对半饥饿大鼠肠黏膜具有一定的保护作用。
Objective: To study the changes of intestinal mucosal barrier under semi-starved condition and the protective effect of protein supplementation. Methods: 48 rats were randomly divided into normal control group, 50% normal diet group and 50% normal diet + proteomics group. After 2 weeks, the rats were sacrificed and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), DNA content, bacterial translocation rate of mesenteric lymph nodes (MLN) and serum D-xylose level were determined. Results: The DNA content and SOD activity of intestinal mucosa of 50% normal diet + protein group were significantly higher than those of 50% normal diet group (P <0.05), and the levels of serum D-xylose and MDA were significantly lower than those of 50% <0.05). Conclusion: Under the condition of semi-starvation in rats, increasing the proportion of protein in the feed can protect the intestinal mucosa of half-starved rats.
