重型颅脑损伤是临床上常见的一种危重症,也是死亡率和致残率最高的疾病之一。尽管近年来在颅脑损伤的病理生理基础和临床防治应用方面取得较大的研究进展,但在临床救治中仍存在很大的难点和很多制约因素。对颅脑损伤患者进行积极有效的院前急救,入院后进行多方面的监测,进行药物和手术等多方面的早期综合治疗,对患者的预后起着关键的作用。本文就目前重型颅脑损伤院前急救,监护措施,药物、手术和其他早期治疗及其进展等方面进行介绍。
Severe craniocerebral injury is a common clinical critically ill, but also one of the highest mortality and disability. Although great progress has been made in the pathophysiology and clinical application of craniocerebral injury in recent years, there are still many difficulties and many limitations in clinical treatment. Active and effective pre-hospital care for patients with craniocerebral injury, multi-faceted monitoring after admission, early comprehensive treatment of drugs and surgery and other aspects play a key role in the prognosis of patients. This article describes the current severe head injury prehospital care, custody measures, drugs, surgery and other early treatment and its progress and so on.
