目的为旋毛虫种株的鉴定提供依据。方法对采自我国哈尔滨海伦、哈尔滨五常、长春、沈阳、河南南阳、湖北十堰、云南大理、西安的8株旋毛虫幼虫在小白鼠体内的繁殖力指数作了比较研究。原始虫株除哈尔滨五常、长春株采自大外,其余6株均采自猪。虫株用小白鼠传代。结果8个虫株的繁殖力指数(RCI)存在着差别。河南南阳株的RCI最大(227.50),其次分别为湖北十堰株(226.00)、西安株(225.OQ)、沈阳株(73.66)、哈尔滨海伦株(72.50)、云南大理株(71.50)、哈尔滨五常株(20.00)、最小的长春株(19.00)。并用F检验作了两两比较。结论不同的地理分布区域和不同宿主来源的旋毛虫虫株存在着一定的差别。猪、犬旋毛虫株繁殖力指数差异极显著(P<0.01)。
The purpose of identification of Trichinella strains provide the basis. Methods The fertility index of eight Trichinella spiralis larvae collected from Harbin, Heilongjiang, Wuchang, Harbin, Changchun, Shenyang, Henan Nanyang, Hubei Shiyan, Yunnan Dali and Xi’an were comparatively studied. The original strains of insects except Harbin Wuchang, Changchun strains were taken from the outside, the remaining six were collected from pigs. Insect strains passaged with mice. Results There was a difference in fertility index (RCI) of 8 strains. The RCI of Henan Nanyang strain was the highest (227.50), followed by Hubei Shiyan strain (226.00), Xi’an strain (225.OQ), Shenyang strain (73.66), Harbin Helen strain (72.50), Yunnan Dali strain (71.50), Harbin Wuchang strain (20.00), the smallest Changchun strain (19.00). And F test made a pair of comparisons. Conclusion There are some differences between Trichinella spiralis strains from different geographical distribution areas and from different hosts. The reproductive index of pigs and dogs was significantly different (P <0.01).
