本文借鉴USEM就业能力模型,利用浙江省大学生职业生涯规划大赛的相关数据,构建了高职大学生求职综合素质评价体系。采用分层抽样方法,在浙江省内的15所高职院校选取了552名学生进行了问卷调查,运用因子分析法对调查数据进行分析。分析结果表明,有成功求职经验的学生对求职综合素质评价体系指标的认知与所建模型基本保持一致,而无成功求职经验学生的认知与模型存在较大差异。这表明,一方面本文建立的求职综合素质评价体系是科学的,另一方面我们要加强对学生,特别是无成功求职经验学生的教育和引导,提升其就业能力。
This article draws on USEM employability model, the use of Zhejiang University Career Planning Competition data to build a vocational college students job comprehensive quality evaluation system. Using stratified sampling, 552 students were selected from 15 higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang Province to conduct a questionnaire survey, and the factor analysis was used to analyze the survey data. The analysis shows that the students who have successful job search experience basically agree with the model of job search comprehensive quality evaluation system, while there is a big difference between the cognition and model of unsuccessful job-seeking students. This shows that on the one hand, the overall job evaluation system established in this paper is scientific. On the other hand, we must strengthen the education and guidance to students, especially non-successful job-seeking students, and enhance their employability.
