以粘弹性材料的积分松弛型本构关系为基础,建立了粘弹性体的有限元分析模型,编制了热一湿应力计算的轴对称有限元程序。应用该程序研究了长粒稻谷在干燥和储藏过程中内部应力分布及其变化规律,并与实验结果进行了比较,分析了谷粒在储藏阶段出现裂纹的直接原因。
Based on the integral relaxational constitutive relation of viscoelastic material, the finite element analysis model of viscoelastic body was established and the axisymmetric finite element program of heat-wet stress calculation was established. The program was used to study the internal stress distribution and its variation during the drying and storage of long grain rice. Compared with the experimental results, the direct cause of grain cracks during storage was analyzed.
