分析了我院１９９５年１月至１９９６年１２月２５例难治性多囊卵巢综合征（ＰＣＯＳ）经腹腔镜行卵巢部分切除术及多点打孔术的治疗效果。该组病人７６％初潮发病，药物治疗时间在２～１０年以上，经腹腔镜手术治疗后，排卵率达８５．５％，目前为止，受孕率为５２％。术后ＬＨ（黄体生成素）、Ｔ（睾丸酮）、Ｅ（雌激素）浓度均较术前明显下降，与术前平均值比较，Ｐ值均＜０．０１，术后受孕者，各激素下降幅度较大，（Ｐ＜０．０１）；病程较长者，手术治疗效果较好。本疗法简单易行、创伤小、恢复快，可重复多次进行，患者易于接受，为困难的ＰＣＯＳ患者提供了新的治疗途径
In our hospital from January 1995 to December 1996 25 cases of refractory polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) by laparoscopic ovarian partial resection and multi-puncturing the therapeutic effect. The incidence of 76% of menopausal patients in this group of patients, drug treatment time in 2 to 10 years after laparoscopic surgery, the ovulation rate was 85.5%, so far, the pregnancy rate was 52%. Postoperative LH (luteinizing hormone), T (testosterone), E (estrogen) concentrations were significantly decreased compared with preoperative, and preoperative mean, P values were <0.01, postoperative pregnancy, the hormones decreased (P <0.01). Patients with longer course of disease had better surgical treatment effect. The therapy is simple and easy, less trauma, faster recovery, repeatable multiple times, easy to accept patients, providing a new treatment for patients with difficult PCOS
