为了防止废氰盐的扩散和污染,我们一直在进行废氰盐的中和处理试验研究工作,想寻求一种速效、彻底、经济的中和处理法。在大量试验中以热态处理法效果最佳,再加以冷态处理或用废水稀释,完全达到了国家规定的含氰污水排放标准,现将用硫酸亚铁中和氰化物的处理方法介绍如下。把废氰盐(含NaCN或KCN的废盐)在坩埚中分段加热到约900℃左右并保温(熔化后的盐液面高度应占坩埚深度的1/3~1/2为宜),然后把烘干失去结晶水的硫酸亚铁分批逐次定量定时加入到熔融的废盐中,并不断充
