采用局部熔覆法复合水/化学氧化法对碳纤维(CF)表面Al涂层的制备及氧化工艺进行了研究,并采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X-射线能谱仪(EDS)和X-射线衍射仪(XRD)等对CF表面涂层的微观形貌和物相组成进行了表征.研究表明:采用局部熔覆法可以制备得到Al涂层,当拉丝速度为10mm/s时涂层表面形貌优良,能够实现对基体CF的完全包覆;当熔覆次数由1次增加至3次时获得的涂层致密均匀,厚度由0.8μm增加至3.1μm;研究还发现采用水氧化法可以实现Al涂层向Al_2O_3的转变,而采用化学氧化法时,CF表面的Al涂层存在大量溶解的现象.
The preparation and oxidation process of Al coating on carbon fiber (CF) surface were investigated by the partial melting method combined with water / chemical oxidation. The surface morphology of the coating was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) Ray diffraction (XRD) on the microstructure and phase composition of the CF surface coating.The results show that: Al coating can be prepared by local cladding method, when the drawing speed of 10mm / s coating surface The morphology is good and can completely cover the matrix CF.
