浙江省湖州市第29个市级农业地方标准规范——《湖州南太湖毛脚蟹生态养殖标准规范》于日前出台。《标准》第一次使用了“湖州南太湖毛脚蟹”的名称,从区域、重量等方面作出了科学、准确的定义。湖州南太湖毛脚蟹,指在湖州南太湖区域内养殖的,雌蟹个体重达100克以上,雄蟹个体重达150克以上的长江系中华绒螯蟹。特级品雄蟹重量达到250克/只以上,雌蟹重量达到175克/只以上,分别比阳澄湖大闸蟹同等规格提高50克和25克,充分体现了南太湖毛脚蟹“个大体肥”的特色。
