探讨中药固真方对细胞信号转导体系中蛋白激酶活性的影响。结果 :表明经固真方处理的大鼠UMR10 6成骨样细胞的蛋白激酶A、蛋白激酶C以及酪氨酸蛋白激酶活性均有增高 ,分别为对照组的137 5 %、362 4 %及 2 0 2 6% (P <0 0 1或P <0 0 5 )。提示 :固真方可活跃和增进细胞的信号转导 ,这可能是其促细胞增殖的一种机制。
To investigate the effect of Chinese herbal medicine Guzhenfang on the activity of protein kinase in cell signal transduction system. RESULTS: The activity of protein kinase A, protein kinase C, and tyrosine protein kinase in rat UMR10 6 osteoblast-like cells treated with Guguzheng was increased, which were 137.5%, 362.4%, and 2 of the control group, respectively. 0 2 6% (P <0 0 1 or P <0 0 5 ). Tip: The solid can only activate and promote cell signal transduction, which may be a mechanism for promoting cell proliferation.
