目的 探讨碘对比剂对红细胞变形能力的影响及意义。方法 用激光衍射法测量了红细胞 (n =6 )在Omnipaque、Ultravist、Angiografin和复方泛影葡胺的不同体积比浓度 (0、5 %、5 0 %及从 5 0 %稀释至 5 % )环境中的变形能力参数EI值 ,及应用Angiografin(2 0例 )和Omnipaque(14例 )血管造影前后病人的红细胞EI值。 结果 在 5 %浓度时EI值均下降 ,以后 3种较显著 (P <0 0 1) ,在 5 0 %浓度时EI值均近于零。在可变浓度中EI值均明显低于相应 5 %浓度时的EI值 (P <0 0 1) ,其恢复程度相互间差别显著 (P <0 0 5 )。应用Angiografin造影后EI值下降 (P <0 0 1) ,应用Omnipaque者无显著变化 (P >0 0 5 )。 结论 Omnipaque和Ultravist比Angiografin和复方泛影葡胺对红细胸变形能力的影响小 ,临床应用更安全。降低对比剂应用浓度可能有助于减少副反应的发生。
Objective To investigate the effect of iodine contrast agent on erythrocyte deformability and its significance. Methods Different concentrations of erythrocytes (0, 5%, 50% and 5% dilution to 5%) of Omnipaque, Ultravist, Angiografin and compound diatrizoate were measured by laser diffractometry EI value of deformability parameters and the value of erythrocytes of patients before and after Angiografin (20 cases) and Omnipaque (14 cases) angiography. The results showed that when the concentration was 5%, the EI value decreased, the latter three kinds were more significant (P <0.01) and the EI values were nearly zero at the concentration of 50%. The EI values in the variable concentrations were significantly lower than those in the corresponding 5% concentrations (P <0.01), and the recovery rates were significantly different from each other (P <0 05). After Angiografin angiography, the EI value decreased (P <0.01), but there was no significant change in Omnipaque patients (P> 0.05). Conclusion The effects of Omnipaque and Ultravist on angioplafin and compound diatrizoate on the deformability of red-breasted breast are less and their clinical application is more secure. Reducing contrast agent concentrations may help reduce the incidence of side effects.
