建立了皮革及其制品中12种乙二醇醚类物质的气相色谱检测方法以乙酸乙酯为萃取溶剂,45℃下超声萃取,萃取液经固相萃取柱净化后进行气相色谱-火焰离子化检测器(GC-FID)测定,外标法定量,在信噪比(S/N)=3的条件下,检出限为0.05~0.30mg/kg。在3个加标水平下,方法的平均回收率为80.91%~97.95%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.31%~4.98%。该方法简便快速,灵敏度高,检出限满足欧盟REACH法规的限量要求,适用于皮革及其制品中乙二醇醚类物质残留量的测定,为制定相关检测标准提供了参考。
A gas chromatographic method for the determination of 12 kinds of glycol ethers in leather and its products was established. Ethyl acetate was used as the extraction solvent and was extracted by ultrasonic at 45 ℃. The extract was purified by solid phase extraction (SPE) column and gas chromatograph-flame ionization Detector (GC-FID) determination, external standard method, the detection limit of 0.05 ~ 0.30mg / kg under the conditions of S / N = 3. Under the three spiked levels, the average recovery of the method was 80.91% -97.95%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.31% -4.98%. The method is simple, rapid and sensitive, and its detection limit meets the requirements of EU REACH. It is suitable for the determination of residues of glycol ethers in leather and its products and provides a reference for the development of relevant testing standards.
