2004年12月25日,由会长闫振堂和常务副会长兼秘书长杜耀西主持召开了中国收藏家协会副秘书长、各收藏委员会主任联席工作会议。出席会议的副秘书长有林谷良、维佳、宋岩、钱宪顺、王邦华、高玉涛、沈宽、张绍武、孙宏等同志;各收藏委员会主任有谷丙夫、于明、钱宪顺、郭军、荆志忠、李润波、李维刚、刘培君、许喜林、刘建业、黄效东、彭援军等同志。常务副会长兼秘书长杜耀西宣读了《中国收藏家协会副秘书长工作暂行办法》(讨论稿),重申了《关于加强中国收藏家协会各收藏委员会管理工作的暂行规定》,通报了有关任免事项。并结合实际讲了副秘书长、各收藏委员会主任们任职以来,协会与各收藏委员会一起,或单独主办的《第七届全国体育收藏品博览会》、《第二届全国烟标博览会》、《首届全国扑克文化艺术展》、《首届全国艺术收藏品展交会》、《纪念邓小平诞辰百年全国书画名家邀请展》、《首届中国收藏文化博览会》、《第四届全国民间收藏文化高层论坛》等工作情况,肯定了成绩,指出了不足,提出了要
