本文弧齿接轴的受力分析及强度计算提出四个主要问题,并从理论上论证及提供解决方法。1、论证轧钢机主传动两个齿形接轴的力矩分配不均匀性,为强度计算提供数据; 2、提出弧齿接轴的每个轮齿在园周上开始接触时的瞬时扭矩和在稳定负载时按等差级数分配的轮齿扭矩。并将稳定负载时轮齿的最大扭矩做为轮齿弯曲强度计算时的扭矩; 3、弧齿齿面接触是集中负荷P下的椭圆面接触(长轴在齿宽方面),而不是均匀负荷下的沿齿宽方向线接触; 4、弧齿在运动中产生轴向摩擦力TH和径向摩擦力Tv,引起齿面胶合,设计时必须进行胶合强度计算。
