杂质引起的各种缺陷,对锗酸铋(Bi_4Ge_3O_(12)简称BGO 晶体的光学质量产生严重影响。本工作利用透过光谱比较、光学显微术、扫描电子显微镜、电子探针分析等手段研究了这些缺陷的形貌和形成机理,也讨论了改善晶体光学质量的方法。
The various defects caused by impurities have a serious impact on the optical quality of bismuth germanate (Bi 4 Ge 3 O 12) BGO crystals. This work was studied by means of spectral comparison, optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and electron probe analysis The morphology and formation mechanism of these defects, as well as the ways to improve the optical quality of the crystal, are also discussed.
