以硅溶胶为硅源、偏铝酸钠为铝源,单模聚焦微波辐射法合成小粒径NaA分子筛。研究微波辐射温度与时间对合成NaA分子筛粒径和结晶度的影响;以小粒径NaA分子筛为载体制备了载银分子筛,测试其抗菌性能。分析了NaA分子筛的物相、微观形貌、结构、粒度;测定了分子筛的载银量;浊度法评价载银分子筛的抗菌性能。结果表明:在反应体系摩尔比n(Na_2O):n(Al_2O_3):n(SiO_2):n(H_2O)=2?1?2?60、30℃陈化24h、微波辐射最大输出功率150W,120℃晶化6min的条件下,合成出结晶性较好、大小均匀、粒径为200~300nm的NaA分子筛,其比表面积为34.9m2/g、钙离子交换容量为378.57mg/g;分子筛载银量为41.34%,对大肠杆菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)为10.45×10-6(质量分数)。
The silica sol as the silicon source, sodium aluminate as the aluminum source, single mode focused microwave irradiation synthesis of small particle size NaA zeolite. The effects of temperature and time of microwave irradiation on the particle size and crystallinity of NaA zeolite were studied. Silver-loaded molecular sieves were prepared by using NaA as the carrier, and their antibacterial properties were tested. The phase, microstructure, structure and particle size of NaA zeolite were analyzed. The amount of silver loaded on the zeolite was determined. The turbidimetric method was used to evaluate the antibacterial activity of silver loaded zeolite. The results showed that when the molar ratio of Na2O: n (Al2O3): n (SiO2): n (H2O) = 2? 1? 2? 60 at 30 ℃ for 24 h, the maximum output power of microwave irradiation was 150W, ℃ crystallized 6min under the conditions of the synthesis of good crystallinity, uniform size, particle size 200 ~ 300nm NaA zeolite, the specific surface area of 34.9m2 / g, calcium ion exchange capacity of 378.57mg / g; molecular sieve containing silver The amount of 41.34%, the minimum inhibitory concentration of Escherichia coli (MIC) of 10.45 × 10-6 (mass fraction).
