中职学生由于其年龄特点和学习经历,在学校管理上一直比较困难。班主任作为与中职学生接触最多的老师,在中职学生管理上有着重要的作用。文章分析了在新形势下中职班主任管理工作在存在的主要问题,提出了在新形势下中职班主任管理工作的改革措施,希望能对中职学生的管理提供一些借鉴。 Secondary vocational students have always been more difficult to manage in schools because of their age and learning experience. As a teacher who has the most contact with secondary vocational students, the teacher in charge of class plays an important role in the management of secondary vocational students. This article analyzes the main problems existing in the management of the headteachers in the new situation and puts forward the reform measures of the management of the headteachers in the new situation.
