目的建立同时测定生活饮用水中19种元素含量的电感耦合等离子体质谱方法。方法对仪器工作参数和检测方法进行优化。样品经酸化过滤后,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法对砷、铜、铅、铁、锰、锌、镉、铝、汞、钡、硼、钼、钠、硒、银、镍、铊、铍、锑进行测定,用混合内标校正基体干扰和漂移。结果 19种元素检出限在0.0043μg/L~11μg/L之间,均远低于各元素标准限值,线性良好,相关系数>0.999,分别对标准溶液、生活饮用水和生活饮用水加标样进行独立测定6次,其测定值的相对标准偏差为0.35%~4.7%,实际水样加标回收率为86.7%~110%。结论本方法操作简便、快速、准确,适用于生活饮用水中19种元素测定。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 19 elements in drinking water by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Methods The instrument parameters and testing methods were optimized. The samples were acidified and filtered, and the contents of arsenic, copper, lead, iron, manganese, zinc, cadmium, aluminum, mercury, barium, boron, molybdenum, sodium, selenium, silver, nickel, thallium and beryllium were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry , Antimony were measured with a mixture of internal standard correction matrix interference and drift. Results The detection limits of 19 elements ranged from 0.0043μg / L to 11μg / L, which were much lower than the standard limits of each element. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of the standard samples were 0.35% -4.7%. The recoveries of spiked samples were 86.7% -110%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for the determination of 19 elements in drinking water.
