采用大五人格问卷和自编高校教师工作满意度问卷对内蒙古地区12所高校782名高校教师进行测查,研究了内蒙古地区高校教师的工作满意度与人格特质之间的关系.结果显示:1.内蒙古地区高校教师工作满意度水平一般,在五个维度中,高校教师对工作收入和福利待遇尤为不满意.2.高校教师人格特质与工作满意的各因素之间显著相关.其中外向性与整体工作满意度、工作本身、发展与自我实现、工作条件与环境以及工作收入与福利显著正相关;神经质与发展与自我实现因子显著负相关;开放性与发展与自我实现因子显著正相关;宜人性与工作条件因子显著负相关;责任感与工作本身和自我实现因子显著正相关.
A survey of 782 college teachers in 12 colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia was conducted by using the Big Five Personality Questionnaire and self-made questionnaire about job satisfaction of college teachers, and the relationship between job satisfaction and personality traits of university teachers in Inner Mongolia was studied.The results showed that: 1 .In Inner Mongolia, college teachers’ job satisfaction is average, in five dimensions, college teachers are not satisfied with their working income and benefits.2.Characteristics of college teachers and job satisfaction are significantly related to each other, of which extroversion and Overall job satisfaction, job itself, development and self-realization, working conditions and environment, and job income and benefits were significantly and positively correlated; neuroticism was negatively correlated with development and self-actualization factors; there was a significant positive correlation between openness and development and self-actualization; There was a significant negative correlation between sexual and working condition factors; a significant positive correlation between responsibility and work itself and self-actualizing factor.
