本文研制了水溶性陶瓷芯混合料的最佳配方,并分析了影响型芯物理化学性能的因素,为水溶性陶瓷型芯在生产中的应用和推广提供了理论依据。探讨了铝合金树脂砂溃散性差的缘因,提供了以碳酸锌为溃散剂的最佳用量,分析和考查了改善溃散性的效果。浇铸试验证明,采用本文研制的用可溶性陶瓷型芯和加溃散剂的树脂砂型,获得精密铝铸件的新工艺方法,大大简化了内腔小且对其表面质量要求高的铝合金件的生产工艺过程。
This paper developed the best formula of water-soluble ceramic core mixture, and analyzed the factors that affect the physical and chemical properties of core, which provided a theoretical basis for the application and promotion of water-soluble ceramic core in the production. The reason for the poor dispersibility of aluminum alloy resin sand is discussed, the optimal dosage of zinc carbonate is provided, and the effect of improving collapsibility is analyzed and examined. The casting test proves that the new process for obtaining the precision aluminum casting by using the soluble ceramic core and the resin sand type with the anti-powdering agent developed in this article greatly simplifies the production process of the aluminum alloy parts with small cavity and high surface quality process.
