本文介绍一套连续实时取样进样组合件、改进过的色谱一质谱朕用仪进样接口件、自制放电装置,实施连续实时地测定热平衡低温等离子体中的瞬态成份,重视性好。试验结果表明,连续实时进样质谱法适合研究低温等离子体中的成份。
In this paper, a set of continuous real-time sampling and sampling assembly is introduced. The improved chromatographic-mass spectrometry system uses a sample inlet interface and a self-discharge device to measure the transient components in the heat balance low-temperature plasma in real time. The experimental results show that continuous real-time injection mass spectrometry is suitable for studying the composition of low temperature plasma.
