针对机械式水稻精密播种机播种质量差、机构传动复杂及伤种率高等问题,设计一种链传动/输送式水稻播种机。设计的链传动水稻播种机主要由型孔轮式排种器、波纹滚筒式覆土器及链条传动/输送机构等工作部件组成,完成了主要工作部件结构参数的设计计算。样机播种性能试验结果表明:随着生产率的提高,播种合格率下降,伤种率增大,当电机输出转速n0=0.1r/s,排种轮转速n2=0.05r/s时,播种机生产率为360盘/h,播种合格率94.3%,单粒率1.0%,重播率5.4%,空穴率0.3%,伤种率仅0.4%,播种效果最好,试验指标均达到或超过水稻精密播种机试验要求。
Aiming at the problems of poor quality sowing, complicated mechanism transmission and high injury rate of mechanical precision rice planter, a kind of chain drive / conveyor rice sowing machine was designed. The designed chain drive rice planter is mainly composed of working parts such as the type of wheel-type seed metering device, the corrugated roller-type covering device and the chain transmission / conveying mechanism, and the design and calculation of the structural parameters of the main working components are completed. The results of sowing performance test showed that with the increase of productivity, the sowing pass rate decreased and the injury rate increased.
