针对排涝泵站在实际运行时运行方案难选择的问题,根据某泵站的设计要求,在高精度水力机械试验台上,分别用控制变量的方法进行了泵装置的变角和变速性能实验。试验结果显示:变角性能曲线呈近似平移变化,高效区范围宽;变速调节在一定调节范围内符合变速相似原理。通过对实验结果的分析,总结了变角和变速调节在此泵装置下各自的优缺点,拟合出变速条件下最高效率点流量与转速的关系。结合变角调节和变速调节各自的特点,大型泵站可以采用变角调节与变速调节相结合的方式,使得泵站尽可能在高效区运行,节约成本的同时,能够保证泵站的安全稳定运行。
In view of the difficult choice of drainage pump station during actual operation, according to the design requirements of a pumping station, variable angle control and variable speed performance experiment of the pump device were carried out on the high precision hydraulic machinery test stand respectively. The test results show that the curve of the variable angle is approximately parallel to the change of displacement, and the range of the high efficiency zone is wide. The variable speed regulation conforms to the variable speed similar principle within a certain adjustment range. Through the analysis of the experimental results, the advantages and disadvantages of variable angle and variable speed adjustment under the pump device are summarized, and the relationship between the maximum efficiency point flow rate and speed under variable speed condition is fitted. Combined with variable angle adjustment and variable speed adjustment of their respective characteristics, large pump station can be used variable angle adjustment and speed adjustment combined with the way, making the pump station operating in the high efficiency area as much as possible, cost savings at the same time, to ensure safe and stable operation of pumping stations .
