在家园共育的过程中,教师只有角色到位,才能充分调动家长参与幼儿园教育的主动性,有效提升教育效果。近三年来,笔者通过访谈及观察研究,发现教师在家园共育中有八种不同的角色。1.幼儿教育机构的迎宾者许多教师从形象上来看,很像“礼仪小姐”或“礼仪先生”。他们不仅意识到自己的外表代表着幼儿园的风貌,尽力使自己的穿着打扮整洁大方,而且还能以热情友好的态度对待家长,实行微笑服务,能使家长产生“幼儿园是我家”和“宾至如归”的感觉。教师成为幼儿教育机构的迎宾者,有利于幼儿教育机
