目的探讨对糖尿病患者实施全程健康教育模式的作用和效果。方法 476例糖尿病患者,随机分为研究组(278例)与对照组(198例)。对照组均予以传统健康教育,研究组则同时予以全程健康教育管理,将两组护理结果进行比较。结果与对照组比较,研究组患者的血糖控制水平、知识知晓、自我管理以及满意度等均显著更优(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者实施全程健康教育护理管理,可有效提升患者的自我管理能力,提升患者的治疗依从性,对于控制其血糖水平具有积极意义。
Objective To explore the effect and effect of implementing whole-course health education mode in diabetics. Methods 476 cases of diabetic patients were randomly divided into study group (278 cases) and control group (198 cases). The control group were given traditional health education, while the research group also conducted full health education management, the two groups of nursing results were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the study group had significantly better glycemic control, knowledge awareness, self-management and satisfaction (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of full health education and care management for patients with diabetes can effectively improve patients’ self-management ability and improve patient compliance, which is of positive significance for controlling their blood glucose level.
