目的:研究分析绝经后女性取环困难原因,为临床取环操作提供参考。方法:根据我院2006至2013年的100例取环患者来进行研究分析,将绝经期的患者作为A组,共有50例,绝经后的患者作为B组,共有50例,对两组患者的节育器取出情况来进行对比。结果:B组患者的取环难度较A组患者大。A组患者共出现了13例困难取环患者,B组共有19例取环困难患者。结论:根据此次的研究来看,患者的子宫萎缩、宫颈粘连和嵌顿都造成了绝经后女性取环障碍。在进入绝经期后的女性接受取环前需要进行宫颈软件,使用药物可达到该效果,对取环难度具有较低效果。
OBJECTIVE: To study and analyze the causes of difficulties in fetching the ring in postmenopausal women and to provide reference for the operation of taking the ring. Methods: According to our hospital from 2006 to 2013, 100 cases of patients with ring to carry out research and analysis, the menopausal patients as A group, a total of 50 cases, postmenopausal patients as Group B, a total of 50 cases, two groups of patients IUD removed to compare the situation. Results: The patients in group B were more difficult to take the ring than those in group A. Conclusion: According to this study, patients with uterine atrophy, cervical adhesions and incarceration have caused postmenopausal women taking ring obstacles. Cervical software needs to be applied to women before menopause to accept the loop, and this effect can be achieved by using the drug, which has a low effect on the difficulty of looping.
