目的 :对糖清胶囊中的甘草酸和甘草苷的含量进行有效测定。方法 :采用色谱柱的测量方法来进行测量,其中甘草酸的流动相主要是甘醇、醋酸铵溶液、冰醋酸。检测的波长为250nm,甘草苷乙腈、冰醋酸为流动相,检测波长为276nm,二者的色谱柱温度都为30℃;结果:甘草酸单铵盐在标准的范围内呈现出较好的线性关系;而甘草苷呈现出良好线性关系的范围比甘草酸的范围要小,二者的回收率也存在着一定的差异。结论:这种操作方式体现出一定的简单性和准确性,在糖清胶囊的制剂中呈现出一定的稳定性,可以广泛地应用到药剂的制作中。
Objective: To determine the content of glycyrrhizic acid and glycyrrhizin in Shuanghuang capsule effectively. Methods: The chromatographic column was used for measurement. The mobile phase of glycyrrhizic acid was mainly glycol, ammonium acetate solution and glacial acetic acid. The detection wavelength was 250nm, and glycyrrhizin and acetonitrile were used as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 276nm. The column temperature of both was 30 ℃. Results: The glycyrrhizic acid monoammonium salt showed a good linearity within the standard range While the range of glycyrrhizin showed a good linear relationship than glycyrrhizin acid range is smaller, the recovery rate of the two there are some differences. Conclusion: This mode of operation shows a certain degree of simplicity and accuracy, showing some stability in the preparation of sugar capsule, can be widely used in the manufacture of pharmaceuticals.
