高中生物实验常常由于材料用具复杂、所需时间长、误差较大等原因,在学校里这些实验实施起来比较困难,所以我选择进行微课堂尝试。一、微课堂教学设计(一)自主学习。首先,在集体备课的基础上,针对所教班级学生学习情况制作导学案,辅之以预习案检测学生自学质量的跟踪练习,以及针对不同层次学生有选择的进行课堂巩固新知识的综合练习。其次,录制“探究酵母菌细胞呼吸的方式”探究实验过程的微课,课程时长10分钟,讲解实验
