根据链条锅炉炉排的使役特点及对失效炉排的分析 ,本文以室温强度、抗氧化性、抗生长性、抗热疲劳性为主要技术指标进行了炉排新材质的强化模拟试验 ,并得出了优化新型材质配方。试验结果表明 :该新型材质具有良好的高、低温力学性能 ,其氧化率和生长率大大低于可锻铸铁 ,抗热疲劳性高 ;无需长时间高温退火热处理 ,缩短生产周期 ,取代可锻铸铁 ,降低生产成本。该新型材质可广泛用于制造各种类型的链条锅炉炉排
According to the service characteristics of the chain boiler grate and the analysis of the failure grate, this paper uses the room temperature strength, oxidation resistance, anti-growth, thermal fatigue resistance as the main technical indicators of the new grate reinforcement simulation test and Out of the optimization of new material formula. The results show that the new material has good mechanical properties at high temperature and low temperature, its oxidation rate and growth rate are much lower than that of malleable cast iron, and its thermal fatigue resistance is high. It does not need long time high temperature annealing and heat treatment to shorten the production cycle, replace malleable iron and reduce production cost .
