目的:探讨连花清瘟胶囊联合利巴韦林治疗急性上呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法:选取我院2013年5月至2016年5月收治的78例急性上呼吸道感染患者为研究对象,将所有患者按照病历号分为研究组和对照组,每组39例,对照组患者单用利巴韦林治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合口服连花清瘟胶囊治疗,观察两组的临床治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为94.87%,对照组治疗总有效率为76.92%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组患者治疗后退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、鼻塞流涕消失时间以及咽充血消失时间显著少于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:连花清瘟胶囊联合利巴韦林治疗急性上呼吸道感染,能有效的改善患者的临床症状,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Lianhua Qingwen Capsule combined with ribavirin in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection. Methods: A total of 78 patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection admitted to our hospital from May 2013 to May 2016 were selected as study subjects. All patients were divided into study group and control group according to medical record number. Each group included 39 patients and control group Treatment with ribavirin, the study group in the control group based on oral Lianhua Qingwen capsule treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed. Results: The total effective rate was 94.87% in the study group and 76.92% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The study group had significantly lower rates of fever, cough disappearance time, The time of disappearing and the disappearing time of pharyngeal congestion were significantly less than those of the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Lianghua Qingwen Capsule combined with ribavirin in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and improve the therapeutic effect, and is worthy of clinical application.
