我国加入WT0,是融入全球化浪潮,在与其他国家的协作、竞争、互利、共赢的过程中发展自身的重大战略抉择。“入世”是我们整个国家和民族的自觉行动,只有确立一种带有根本性的哲学理念,在重大问题上头脑清醒,审时度势,趋利避害,恰当决策、才能将由加入世贸这一契机带来的谋求超越性发展的可能性变为现实。本刊发表的一组笔谈,分别侧重从哲学、经济、政治和文化诸方面对于“入世”应具有的哲学理念进行探讨,对于我们牢固确立自身的主体地位和交互主体性观念,在与其他国家和民族的全方位平等交往和竞争合作中谋求发展进步,当具有一定启发意义。
