随着近年来会计审计人才的不断增多,会计人才的国际化趋势也在不断的增强。会计审计人才的国际化趋势,并不是意味着只是单纯的选拔高学历的人才,也不意味着单纯提高会计审计人员的外语水平,增强其国际交流能力,而是需要将国际化的会计审计人才的标准当作现阶段我们国家培养会计审计人才的目标,应该在原有的人才培养的基础上进行突破,并对培养内容和形式进行创新,努力培养出国际化的会计审计人才。文章针对国际化会计审计人才的培养提出了相应的培养对策。
With the increasing number of accounting auditors in recent years, the trend of internationalization of accounting personnel is also constantly increasing. The trend of internationalization of accounting and auditing talents does not mean simply selecting highly educated talents, nor does it mean simply improving the foreign language proficiency of accounting auditors and enhancing their ability of international exchange. The article puts forward corresponding training strategies for the cultivation of international accounting auditing professionals.
