早期发现儿童听力障碍进行治疗,对儿童早年的心理发育有重要意义。晚近测听工作者们进行了大量卓有成效的研究,使婴幼儿测听法有了巨大进展。听性行为测听法婴幼儿对声音刺激不能作出有意识的应答,故一般以非特异性听性行为反应作为测听的观察指标。婴幼儿听性行为反应随年龄而变,一般分为:惊跳、躲避反应、条件定向反应、情绪反应、条件行为反应及惊醒反应。听性行为测听法主要有以下5种。一、声响反应测听法:通过发出某种声音刺激,观察受试儿行为反应,估计听力情况,主要用于1岁以下的婴儿听力测试。
