In order to implement the spirit of the thirteen major reforms and opening up, relevant leaders of chlor-alkali enterprises were organized to go to Shenzhen Special Economic Zone to study and inspect the economic development of the special zone, understand modern management, further broaden their horizons, and improve their management level. For this purpose, the Institute commissioned a seminar on modern enterprise management organized by the Science Center of Shenzhen University. After 12 days of study and visit, it ended on April 30. Shenzhen was established in March 79, and was approved to set up a special economic zone in August 1980. Shenzhen industry has experienced a period of start-up and exploration in recent years.
