1 资源、产出与效益分析 据统计,中医医院比综合医院平均晚建15年。在全国卫生部门县及县以上中西医院中,中医医院占31％,病床只占15％,而中医的医疗需求占1/3强。在全国1697个县中(不含县级市)尚有298个县没有中医医院。 “六五”时期中医医院机构年递增率16.9％,“七五”期间年递增率降为8％;“七五”前期每年净增中医院140所左右。
1 Analysis of Resources, Outputs and Benefits According to statistics, TCM hospitals are 15 years older than average for general hospitals. Among the national and western hospitals at county and above county level in the national health sector, TCM hospitals accounted for 31%, and beds only accounted for 15%, while TCM medical needs accounted for 1/3 of the total. Among the 1,697 counties nationwide (excluding the county-level cities), 298 counties do not have Chinese medicine hospitals. During the period of the “6th Five-Year Plan”, the annual increase rate of the institutions of traditional Chinese medicine was 16.9%, the annual increase rate during the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” period was reduced to 8%, and the annual increase of the number of hospitals around the “45” was about 140.
