以文心兰离体茎尖和顶芽为材料,运用正交实验筛选出诱导球茎和芽的最佳培养基。结果显示,文心兰在MS+香蕉汁10%+活性炭1.5g/L+6-BA1.5mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L中分化数最高(20.4芽/个茎尖),在MS+香蕉汁10%+活性炭1.5g/L+6-BA0.25mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L和MS+香蕉汁10%+活性炭1.5g/L+6-BA2mg/L+NAA0mg/L中分化率最高(100%),在MS+香蕉汁10%+活性炭1.5g/L+6-BA1.00mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L中分化球状体最多(14.3个/个茎尖),在MS+香蕉汁10%+活性炭1.5g/L+6-BA1.5mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L中分化芽数最多(10.8芽/个茎尖)。
