This paper analyzes the significance of the training of new employee probationary period for the strategic development of enterprise talents, analyzes some shortcomings of the current probationary period training method with the characteristics of new employees and the demand of enterprises at present, and explores the corresponding improvements based on the actual situation of power supply enterprises method.
