目的建立土壤中伊维菌素的高效液相色谱分析方法。方法土壤样品经石油醚+丙酮(V∶V=1∶1)提取,抽滤、浓缩后过石墨碳黑柱除去杂质,滤液浓缩定容后,用带有紫外检测器的高效液相色谱仪进行定量分析。结果在浓度为0.1~100 mg/kg的范围内,工作曲线线性关系良好;添加浓度为1、10、100mg/kg时,添加回收率分别为79.0%、86.9%、94.5%,相对标准偏差分别为3.3%、2.7%、1.5%。最低检测限为0.01 mg/kg。结论高效液相色谱法快速、准确,适用于土壤中伊维菌素的日常检测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of ivermectin in soil by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The soil samples were extracted with petroleum ether and acetone (V:V = 1: 1), filtered and concentrated. The impurities were removed by graphite black column. After the filtrate was concentrated and concentrated, the samples were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detector Quantitative analysis. Results The calibration curve showed a good linearity in the concentration range of 0.1-100 mg / kg. The recoveries were 79.0%, 86.9% and 94.5% at the concentrations of 1, 10 and 100 mg / kg, respectively. The relative standard deviations 3.3%, 2.7%, 1.5%. The minimum detection limit is 0.01 mg / kg. Conclusion HPLC is fast and accurate and is suitable for routine testing of ivermectin in soil.
