国际金融危机以来,我国钢铁行业备受冲击。面对困境,山东金岭铁矿党委充分认识到加强党建工作对企业发展的重要性,把“如何准确把握基层党员群众的呼声,凝聚党员群众的智慧和力量,不断改进和创新党建工作模式,团结带领好广大党员群众奉献企业走出困境”作为一项重要而紧迫的任务,以正在开展的“运营转型、管理提升”活动为契机,组织党员群众进行了问卷调查,在进一步提高党建工作针对性,更好地服务企业改型发展方面进行了一次有意义的尝试。
