为了实施秦山300MWe核电站压水堆的启动,成功地制造了一对~(210)Po-Be首次启动中 子源棒。中子总强度达到(3.0×10~8±5%)n/s(1991.5.10测量),源棒尺寸为φ10×3173mm。对源芯(~(210)Po-Be源)和源棒的制造工艺研究作了重点阐述。新建成的源棒生产线和经批准的源棒制造工艺已应用在~(210)po-Be中子源棒的制造过程中。所有检验(包括中子强度、表面污染、氦泄漏率、焊缝探伤、尺寸检测和直线度等)表明,产品质量达到或优于秦山核电站和上海核工程研究设计院提出的“一次启动源棒验收大纲”规定的技术指标。一对钋-铍中子源棒现也用于秦山核电站反应堆启动。
In order to implement the PWR start-up of the Qinshan 300MWe Nuclear Power Plant, a pair of ~ (210) Po-Be first-started neutron source rods were successfully manufactured. The total neutron intensity reaches (3.0 × 10 -8 ± 5%) n / s (measured on May 10, 1991) and the source rod size is φ10 × 3173 mm. The research on the manufacturing process of source core (~ (210) Po-Be source) and source rod is emphatically described. The newly built source rod production line and approved source rod manufacturing process have been used in the manufacture of ~ (210) po-Be neutron source rods. All tests (including neutron intensity, surface contamination, helium leak rate, weld flaw detection, dimensional inspection and straightness, etc.) show that product quality meets or exceeds Qinshan Nuclear Power Station and Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Research Institute proposed “ Acceptance Outline ”provides the technical indicators. A pair of 钋 - beryllium neutron source rod is also used to start reactor Qinshan Nuclear Power Station.
