随着时代的进步,为适应与时俱进的要求,作为一线教育工作者必须不断完善自己的知识体系,其中心理学就是必不可少的一个体系。要给学生什么样的教育和怎样教育,其依据就是学生个体的心理发展水平和特点。在制定教学目标,设定教学重难点,课时安排,作业布置等方面都应充分考虑学生的心理发展水平和特点,既能适应群体教学,又能因人而异。唯有如此,教育和心理发展才能相互促进,事半功倍。本文阐述了几个心理学效应在课堂教学中的实际应用案例。
